This is a home stay type accommodation which is just an upstairs house, seems the owner's family live in the ground floor.( I have no idea why they call this as resort) They never checked our body temperature when entering the premises( As government regulation due to Covid pandemic) and they had all 4 rooms there, 3 rooms together so close and which is risky during the Covid pandemic. so we asked to cancel our booking but the owner refused to cancel it. No helper to carry baggage and we had to get carry our bags to the rooms in upstairs and back to the car by ourselves. One room was frustrate grimy with fungus, termite water marks. Bathroom had different type of fungus and it makes us scary and frustrated. There was another huge problem. wasps were roaming in the night around the lights. but caretaker lied to us saying they are bees.( This is very bad and imagine it stung on a small kid and may be some serious could have happen) No tissues/ toilet paper were provided No hot water in the rooms. Only one guy is working there and he does all the work (cooking,cleaning,etc) in all the rooms. No Mosquito net as mentioned in bookings.com Room is spacious. Cool of the AC is fine. Clean Bed Linen & Towel. Kettle and tea gags,coffee, sugar, water bottle provided. Location is close to sacred city(Puja Nagaraya). Iron table was there. Conclusion : Our experience is below than what we paid, as there are plenty of reasonable places around there in current situation.

Our stay here was very pleasant and comfortable. The location was very convenient for getting around and close to all major attractions. If we were to travel to Anuradhapura again, we would definitely stay there again!
The place is very quiet.Cleanliness is very high & Price is reasonable. You can get delicious foods. It is very close to the sacred city.
