After calling Negombo branch I was directed to Abba Battaramulla, gave my wedding suit to Abba(F29535). Experienced a hell of a service. I was asked to collect the suit once, but when I came there were yellow marks on the coat. Button holes were not done. Then I came today , just before taking it home I thought of checking now found there’s a stain on left arm. Even the trouser is not pressed neatly. It has wrinkles. Now I have undergone enough pressure and cost for this suit. Totally disappointed. Zero customer service. We came here coz of reputation but I don’t see there’ll be that reputation in the same level in future. Professionalism is fading away. Hope everyone reads and won’t get in to trouble like me.
