I am calling service person to mr.Prasanna from October 27/2020 regarding service issue he never lift the calls once in a week he lift the call andhe will tell he will come and check but he will not come to check. till now only one camera working from October. They sold me the cameras in February 2020 for 1 month it has worked properly after that it was worked. I never seen such people in sales and service they never respond very very poor service.
