The lady on the front desk is extremely rude and arrogant. She gave us the most filthy look as we walked in, and barked at us what we wanted. We said we had 17 small items to clean, that didnt need ironing, and we were in the area for the next couple of days. We agreed a price and she said she would have it ready for the next day. We thanked her, got our money out to pay, then she decided to put the price up from 100rupees to 200rupees per item as she said it would be ready for the day after, although we didnt need a fast service. She refused to agree to the 100rupees originally agreed so we left. She made it a very uncomfortable exchange throughout.
