Friendly and supportive staff. Cheapest and and fastest courier service so far. Happy with service. One downside is, except the Borella main branch other branches are very hard to contact.

A very convenient service to get your packages couriered. The staff here are very friendly and helpful. Be cautious when you use Google maps to locate this place because I was taken to two other wrong locations. Other than that, there is working and thus location is easily accessible.
I tried this service for my online business and the package was got lost and had to call all the officers to relocate and deliver. second - ordered through SLT eTeleshop on the 25th Jan and waited a week and called the telescope and got the tracking ng number by the 2nd Feb and called the couriers and they said they will get back to me with an update, but I had to call the company again the 8th Feb and still no positive feedback, and the last conversation was not customer friendly, I do not recommend the company for your packages.
They say 24 hour hotline but even if you call during office hours they do not pick up. I tried later in the evening as well but no one picked but. Not a speedy service at all. I do not recommend this service. Very unprofessional. I might as well send my parcel through a local transport lorry
Worst domestic courier co in SL. Unfriendly and rude staff at the counter makes it a miserable experience. An important doc handed over on 25th Nov has gone missing. I was there in that office for 2 1/2 hours this morning. Even the GM his name is Sisira is clueless And is on a blame game. I will never ever use this horrible company !

I submitted an urgent laboratory case to anuradhapura branch on friday. They couldnt send it to the destination even tuesday , after taking thousands of calls n beg them. I never ever recommend this cheapcareless currier service to even enemy .waste whole time of me n our poor patients. One time they had unboxed my personal parcel too.
