Worst customer care service I had in a while!! Gave my laptop to repair and was informed I would get a call by evening. No one called. Called next week to check and again he said I would get a call by evening. No one called. This happened couple of more times and finally when I called for fourth time , he casually said oh yeah that laptop can’t be fixed. No courtesy and not professional at all. On top of all that when they returned the laptop it was half open. Reading the rest of reviews this place looks like a proper scam. AVOID AT ALL COST!

Poor professionalism Well giving a laptop to make doesn’t mean that we are giving it in order to exchange parts of the laptop. The laughing factor is name of the company is PC Assurance but thrs no assurance at all. Just think anyone before giving or ur valuable laptop to them make sure to read the reviews too cz i didnt do the same
My laptop hinge was broken and gave PC assurance to repair it. after i got the laptop lid hinge was repaired but there was a round patch on my laptop screen and my keyboard was not working. I went there and said that there is a small patch on my screen and they were like sometimes when you repair the hinge (RIBBON) this problem will occur. I was ok with that, but then when about the keyboard they said they dd\\idn't know that it was working or not and that they can't repair it for free. Very unprofessional. I will never go there to repair my laptop.

Never ever go to this placed. They have misplaced my laptop.after two months they gave a new laptop after visiting and Calling many time. Very bad professional act.
Don’t ever go here this shop tried to steal my laptop asking for all the cables and original invoice from apple to replace a display panel, they refuse to refund money after breaking the laptop and now I have to handle al this mess with the police and lawyers. Worst shop ever.
