Protecting Environment and Children Everywhere (PEaCE) is an NGO that aims to protect and promote the rights of every child and create an environment in which the safety and security of every child is assured. It is a growing multicultural organization, with a great and friendly working environment. Launched in 1991 as a campaign, PEaCE was established to support the global initiative of ECPAT International. In collaboration with local groups and activists in Sri Lanka; it has been engaged in training and raising awareness, counselling stakeholders, monitoring the movements of criminals related to child sexual exploitation, providing legal aid to child victims and other such activities. With over 25 years of history the work of PEaCE has been instrumental to changing the landscape of the nation for the better.
