Very bad customer service. I called to ask if I can fill my scuba cylinder. I was coming from kandy and I asked how much they charged to fill the cylinder. She said she will call me back. She then called me back thinking I was asking for transport charges also. I told her no, and that I was bringing my cylinder and I needed to get it filled as they only have the Bauer compressor in Sri Lanka. She said she will call me back. She called me back saying she can’t fill my cylinder not even giving me a reason why? Very rudely said, “we can’t sir”. Horrible service. I get that you’re the most prestigious place in Sri Lanka for scuba equipment but you don’t have to be so pompous about it. Thanks
