It took more than 30 mts for a person to come to the counter to inspect my device. I recommend that you visit this place when you have ample time to wait.. take a wterbottle and see that your Hand held device has battery to while your time.

I have admit that this is the place where you are going to claim with the perfect warrenty system , there may be little bit delay thats actually because of the covid situation the warrenty parts coming little bit late and it is not ABans it Service center's fault. I got serviced my Laptop very perfectly since i knew that the problem was with the duaty Keyboard . While i was there some people started to shout its not his fault and the mechine slow stuffs. Really the user of the laptop is your own self, dont blem the poor technicians since they do there job very wisely. If you keep upto date The OS , open the lid of the laptop from the middle of the screen as well as cleaning the keyboard , the laptop might working fine without any dought for sure.

My laptop which was purchased in December 2019 started having keyboard issues from August 2020. When I checked with the showroom the service center was not operational and when they opened they said they don't have spares to fix the issue and to use the laptop with a malfunctioning keyboard However the laptop stopped working few weeks back and gave it to the service center. As usual they went silent after collecting the laptop for repairs and after many calls they said they have to order the keyboard from China and I have to wait until they get the part which could take weeks if not months Abans is using the current situation to avoid warranty obligation. Bottom line is that for 5 months they could not find a keyboard for my hp laptop
