So slow service still waiting my package... Not recommended.. My passport and documents still not received.. Since 5 days living in around colombo.. So lost services

They have gone and located themselves in a hole in a wall. Could not find them.
I'm in Sri Lanka. I called your head office to find out if Icould send homeopathy medication over to mother in US who is a resident. I explained it was in powder form and asked if I could send it to California, USA. They asked me to get a doctor's prescription and billing proof. I had a doubt and called the very next day again to see what were the documents required. They gave me the same answer so I got the documents ready. Unfortunately I didn't get the names of those I spoke to at the Head office. A few days later when I called the Mount Lavinia centre with the medication and documents in hand they said they needed to check the requirements they took my number and said they would call back. But they didnt. So I called them (the Mount Lavinia branch) They very casually said they can't send it. I asked the why? They said strict US regulations. My problem is why is your branches giving wrong information and misleading people .Where is the customer service you talk so highly of? My experience is terrible with ARAMEX. You have wasted my time, effort and even after getting all the requirements ready still refused me service, and all this after giving wrong and misleading information. Terrible experience and very bad service. I will never ever deal with you again nor will I recommend ARAMEX to anyone. Very disappointing and dissatisfied...
All the reviews are 100% True. This is the worse shipping company is Sri Lanka. I will be taking legal action against them. They commit Fraud and high level of negligence. Customer service is NILL , I mean They don't even answer the phone. Higher management Hide behind the company name. No one responds. I repeat Don't use Aramex. Sri Lanka Has no laws to protect Consumers. So Google Review is your best bet.
Not even deserve a one star,I've paid 185 for shipping to get my package from Malaysia.I've pay math much money because I wanted door to door service,guess what,after my package arrive on sri Lankan custom,instead of realising it thay give me the paperworks and ask me to go and release it.This company is peace of junk.I've paid 185 to them and now I have to go to colombo and realise it by my self. Use fedx or DHL.OR even government postal service is 1000% better than this.

Best place to send cost effective couriers internationally as well as locally. They will give a good service. Employee are so friendly but i will always recommend to have a corporate account with them. That will enable them to give you best rates as well.
