Very poor service quality. I was very disappointed about so called top private health care provider in Sri Lanka. It look more than 20 hours and had to call more than 15 times to take a simple quotation for an investigation. So I had to keep my patient in the ward for an extra day only because of delayed quotation.

Very Very poor service!! 2 hours ago, my 7 year old son swallowed a coin by mistake, and we took him to Asiri Medical. There was a male doctor who was in the emergency unit was neglecting to help us while we were in a very critical situation. His answer was that whether he has to put his hand inside and take the coin out?. Doctors are Respected like Gods . But behaving like this in an irresponsible manner is unlike a responsible doctor. These type of doctors are the main reasons this place gets a bad name. Thank God the LRH did the needful in a proper manner. I don't recommend Asiri Medicals emergency unit doctors. In a critical, serious situation Can a Doctor say an irresponsible answer like that? That doctor Sucks. Hope he reads this and be responsible. Doctors are like Gods. Behave like that. This held on March 3rd 2021 night shift.
One of the best hospitals in Colombo. If you are looking for a error free medical report, i bet this is the right place. Also most of the doctors are recommending this place for medical reports. They provide a very good service, most of the staff are friendly and helpful. They have a separate land next to the hospital for customer parking, also you can park roadside by paying little amount. Customer parking is free of charge. They are efficient and work on time. Can recommend.
Should specially mention that facilities in the "Luxury room" has deteriorated now. Hospital standards are not that great. They are not very helpful when it comes to insurance cashless payments, maks careless mistakes causing insurance to eliminate payments on some investigation done.

The service was really bad at wellness centre for medical visa. I was waiting for more than a hour passed my appointment time. They ask to wait and sit till they call, but thereafter they do not call or direct us what to do next. Very disappointed with the service. Pls do not waste our time like that.
