Suram Mendis

Leading Private hospital with good facilities and highly qualified and professional medical staff. Have ample space for vehicle parking and provides wide range of medical services from laboratory testing, medical consultation to surgeries. Staff is friendly and efficient.

Emergency care was good. Staff who attended also was helpful. Pharmacy is crowded. Please double check the prescription, they may miss 1-2 medicine. Paid Parking available. Need same attention for mosquito problem in the evening. Specially in emergency services area. Surround roads are always busy.

A hospital is supposed to CARE for people but the staff here definitely DONT CARE at all. I repeatedly asked the staff when I made an appointment if they will inform me in advance if the doctor is not coming. They said yes they will inform. My appointment was supposed to be at 7:00 am but after sitting there waiting for 30 minutes they told me the doctor is not coming. They didn't even apologize for the inconvenience. Their service was very disappointing. Will not recommend this hospital to anyone.

I am at the hospital now . Today I read many reviews. I made a big mistake coming here. Unfortunately my Dr does operations only at Asiri. Very poor service. They forget everything. They got my meal order and forgot to order. I called the kitchen and ordered . They also act funny. It is so dangerous to eat what they give after all this. Meal preparation is extremely poor. May be they feed themselves well and treat the patients as 3 rd class citizens. You call maintenance for any work , they will never come. IT also same. I had to call the secretary of the Director finally to get the wifi done up. Very poor hospital with a big name After this complaint the management took this positively and assisted in getting all requirements done swiftly. Many managers personally appeared to apologize. I had no issue after that. I hope they will continue to do this for customers in the future. Thanks for the service.

The Receptionist was very friendly. She did all the documentation and help with the admission. The doctor and the nurse who did the general checkup were very friendly too. The Room was very clean and tidy. The The view too was fascinating.

Not worth it.. Poor service and staff have cheap attitudes and patients aren't taken according to the number... Extremely partial.. Go to government hospitals.. They treat better and is free

Staff have a tendency to get overwhelmed very easily with a few people.. generally end up talking about their own affairs rather than take care of the patients waiting in long lines... When you to the the referred room with a receipt you're asked to sit down and wait until someone takes pity on you and asks why you're there (waiting time varies from 30 mins to hours at an end). Extremely poor service.. definitely go for other hospitals to get tests done.

One of the worst hospitals interms of customer care. Today I called nearly 5 times to get an appointment for an ECG but they keep us on hold for hours and cut the line. No decency to help customers either . Will never step in to this hospital again
