Polite and efficient staff. Parking will be a hassle. Also they do not accept card payments so it’s best to call beforehand and find out the exact amount required in cash prior to your visit

Visit there website to create an appointment. All required documents will be mentioned in the email of the appointment confirmation. Parking is not available so better park in Galle Road. Due to COVID 19 there is a new rule where they will send the visa stamped passport via courier once you get the PR and you will have to pay Rs 6532 for that, cards are not accepted so take cash with you.

Good service was given from the entrance to exit. Language of conversation is appropriate. If you are a Tamil, you are given instructions in Tamil. Likewise to all others. A calm and quite place.
