Extremely poor service. They just informed at the time of admission that the nurse is not responding and they cannot send a nurse, despite the prior booking and I am being a registered customer with them.

Very poor emergency procedures followed by the company. We request their ambulance to take my father to general hospital today (3rd May 2019) around 9pm to 10pm. Instead of taking father to hospital ,ambulance first went to their head office to drop the doctor. Then the ambulance went to hospital as the secondary job. From Narahenpita, they took havlock town and then went to hospital. - From home (Polhengoda Gardens to General Hospital) straight away 4.2 KM (Refer 1st map) - From home (Polhengoda Gardens to General Hospital) deviated route 6.5 KM (Refer 2nd map) Because of Certis doctor's and medical staff unprofessional act patient (My Father) traveled EXTRA 2.3 KM unnecessary. They don't bother about patient situation but their bills are on time.

Very poor service , until we get the membership everything was perfect. once paid, advance for the nursing services for 2 weeks, nursing assistant are not avaibale...... two times experianced it , i am going to apply for refund soon..... lets update you the out come...in couple of days NOTE:I am having a PRIVILEGED MEMBERSHIP CARD with this company.
