Well, the staff is very nice. Good price for radiation but the security guard at the tomotherapy building is rude. Doesn't smile and doesn't know courtesy. Acts like he owns the place and isn't very welcoming. So I don't really feel comfortable. But the receptionist is very friendly.

Well experienced staff .. appreciating your services
Place is run by very un-organized and very unprofessional executives. The irony is the junior staff expect patients to know more details than the hospital system. I took my mom and got pretty scared that they might treat a for wrong illness. If anyone decided to take treatment here, please be advised that someone knowledgable is with the patient full time and at each step ask questions and make sure that they follow the procedures that they said their going to do. Expect lots of stress given by clerical and medical staff constantly. Good luck PS They called me back after reading this review and there is no remorse or attempting to collect data for corrections, instead I heard them trying of prove that I am wrong and I lack intelligence.
This place was recommended by few of my friends because they got really good service and also it's kind of reasonable price for treatments. can find parking but road is quit traffic almost day times. so it's batter if you can park somewhere else and walk to this place

Highly recommended for treatment
Terrible services. If you want your loved one dead, send your patient to this hospital. My aunt was hospitalised for a Iodine treatment for Hyperthyroidism, which was very simple and not severe. She was in the hospital for 3 days and the 4th day morning she was supposed to be discharged. But she passed away on the same day (during night time). We do not know what really has happened inside. They said it was a heart attack but she didn't have any kind of symptoms of a block heart before. I still assume there might be something dodgy business going around. The crucial part is the nurses didn't know that she was dead till the following morning. That means the care for the patients were really dissatisfying and terrible. I kindly request please do not send your loved ones to this hospital.
