What a dissapoinment. We have put our boxes on start of November and we didn't get even a call or a letter from them that they have received it in Colombo. Yesterday I called and asked if they have received it then they say yes & we can collect it on a Thursday or a Monday. Today morning at 7.30 we went there and our no was 35 but we had to stay until 12.30 as they told us they want to check it with customs. They didn't even mentioned it. Staff was not helpful at all. Again we had to pay and the time they wasted cannot be ignored. We paid a lot of money to send it and again to collect it we had to pay more money. Never use this company again. Will never recommend to anyone.

Worst place...They have a process. But no one follow the process. They don't have brain. It is worst than worse government place, at least they don't want to update their website and contact details even after inform them. Their labors and securities are taking bribery for small work at front of their managers. Very bad impression. please anyone don't request their service....

Had a very bad experience. They take a long time. Had to wait here for more than 4 hours and then they closed for lunch (which is one hour !!!) . There isn't much parking available. And staff are.not friendly or helpful. They wouldn't answer be happy to answer any questions and the.customers have to run around from one building to the other getting photocopies etc. The waiting area is not air conditioned and as you have to wait there for long hours it doesn't make a very pleasant experience. I was surprised to find out a private company functioning like a government institute. The canteen doesn't have much food options other than few packets of biscuits. And you may have to pay to people here and there trying to expedite the process. If you are planning to visit this place please plan to spend at least good 6 hours here and bring your own food and water.

No customer care at all. No management at all. Made us wait 6 hrs because we were tamils and couldn't speak Singhalese even tough. We are in sri lanka were 3 language are spoken English ,tamil and Singhalese but seems like none of the issue that was there previously is sorted people basic need of communication need to be satisfied specialy with a company that serves the public this must be the minimum to protect the people from hatred. The people working there were absolutely awful I wouldn't recommend anyone to send their parcel there. On top of that they asked us to pay arround Rs4000 of charges we didn't know even what it was for. When we asked we were told to get out as this the way the system is in Sri Lanka like we are not in UK. And you call that welcoming
