Recently I visited two times within a month. I went for receiving packages. I called them before go, they are not respond properly. They are thinking and doing monopoly in Sri Lanka. No notification when we receive the package to there stores. They charged more than 15,000 rupees for storage charges. I asked why they said we inform via telephone. But I never got any calls from them. They doing this purposely. Only the advantage the customs officers giving very low taxes compare to normal post. And one more bad observation. This company giving priority for bribery.

Very slow and unfriendly service. Expect to wait hours and hours to get your goods. Their work culture is stuck in 1970s government sector.

The staff at CSL (not Customs, it is worth noting that they are two independent entities though they work at the same place) will make you wait unnecessarily so that you will be tempted to offer extra payments just to get the work started. I kindly advise enyone who is even considering choosing this place to look for another option.

Its sad to say the canteen was the highlight of the whole space. The desk staff are decent. But everyone else from the security guard and to the guys who work in the warehouse, they are literally just after your money. they ask what is in the boxes (one guy had the audacity to play with a drum we had in one box), they say that they will get through the paperwork if we give them money (i mean will this country function without bribery?). i just couldn't wait to leave that place and go home cuz boii i would have started throwing hands.

The work process is inefficient, i was given an appointment to come at 2pm to get my items cleared but it took them 4 hours to process documents calculate the charges and release the items. Too inefficient.
