Being a member, I am worried about the behaviour of CIMA Sri Lanka towards their members. They are very polite until they charge the annual membership fees. After that no value added services, only show off unfortunately. I brought the attention of CIMA UK regarding the issues. They are again saying to contact regional office which is not helpful at all. I wasted my energy and time. The UK management simply shows that they are not responsible for their regional offices. It is very pathetic and sorrowful. First of all, professionalism should be taught to the CIMA staff who handle their members. They are focused only on money and nothing else.

This is the best place for study and go global from Sri Lanka's perspectives. You should be a CIMA student to join this organisation which combined with the American institute of CPA. They provide a various suporttive activities to gain a good knowledge about CIMA. But the staff is not that friendly, Usually they opens at 8.30 and closes at 4.30. Not loke the maps say. And thry always closed at weekends for any kind of a works. They have a whole new library for the use of members. Call before you go. It helps. And of course, they nevery answer the phone
When I tried to contact the the CIMA division, a recording was played and it said that I would be connected with a staff member since they are working remotely. But call was directed to the guard room and security personnel said that no one is working and that he cannot help me with anything...
Very poor service from them I experienced.

They have the worst service ever. Everyone is working from home and none of the numbers are working. How would expect us to contact in emergencies?!!!
The team that handles membership issues are not friendly and helpful. I wanted to get a letter before a deadline and I have still not received it after 3 weeks. No update from them and when I called them to get an update, one lady asked me to hold the line and rudely cut the line after 10 minutes.
Great place to get your CIMA exams done.. Library and study center facilities are also available..
