The food was delicious, the portions were great and presentation was good too. Lots of compliments - a relative also asked about your place. Special thanks to Mr. Saranga for coordinating the whole thing, he was very pleasant. Will definitely order from Coco Veranda again :)
Unfortunate event happened to me, when me and my wife visited your ward place branch on 6th april 2021 around 11am for breakfast. The HEAVY glass door in the men's washroom toilet closes at a rapid speed when we enter, which caught my hand by the wrist sandwiching against the edge of the wall its fixed. my hand started swelling immediately and I informed the matter to the boy who was on duty at the counter but, he didn't seem to care. I told him to get it looked at and fixed coz, if it was an adult's finger or a child's hand was caught , it would have broken it without a doubt and you guys will be in serious trouble. Sadly he didn't make much interest maybe bcz, I didnt make a huge scene out of it at that time. maybe, I should have so he would have attended to it immediately. who ever checks these reviews, pls take action immediate for this safety hazard before it causes a worse injury for someone. if you want to contact me on the phone, comment on my review with your name / designation and I will get in touch with you. It is a decent place to meet for a cup of coffee and have a chit chat with you friends go on a date. I like the ambiance of the restaurant even though it has limited space. Inside is sometimes a little humid. Foods are a little pricey, but they are delicious. Staff is very friendly and the service is quick.
It was undoubtedly the best service. My anniversary cake was prepared in very short notice and it was beyond delicious. It was wrapped real pretty and its so nice that we didn't even have to give them a call. It was all arranged through WhatsApp. They also had the courtesy of sending a picture before and after wrapping. If this is not 5 star service, I don't know what is.
Best place around colombo area for your experience . Well and friendly staff . You can choose large vearity of cofee cups.highly recommended .
Cozy and comfy restaurant around ward place which serves wonderful food. My favorite sweet is death by chocolate which will make you amazed.
Arguably, had an unfortunate experience of having an already sweetened cuppa that was far too sweet for my liking and a not too good brownie. Considerable parking space available. Given the current circumstance, I'm guessing this was a one time occurance. Looking forward to having service level up and running once again, Kudos to the manaand team!
