Nice, clean space with limited seating. One of the few places that serves tea right. As a Covid safety measures, tea is served in disposable ware and I think that it is very smart of the management. The pastries and sandwiches are tasty and not expensive. The High Tea has a small selection but that is the cheapest in town.

The tea lounge is in the Ground floor of the Marino Mall. It's a nice and cozy place. Their tea is pretty good. They also have snacks and cakes. Service was also good and staff was friendly. You can either dine in the air conditioned area or the outside area with the sea view. In my case waiting time was around 5 minutes. Overall the experience was great.

Cosy place for the iconic Labookellie tea. Prices are very affordable.
Even through the prices are cheaper it comes with a price of long waiting. The first time it took 45 min and this time we've asked before placing the order and said it's going to take 10 to 15 min. Its almost 25 min and still awaiting ..horrible expereince
