This place is way better than their fort collecting center . Service is fast though they are very busy. Opens and accept goods till 6pm mon-sat

They never send what you order. Item sent is completely different to what you order. If they don't have in stock they should inform the customer. Never, ever will recommend daraz to anyone known.
Received completely a dead device. Asked me to bring the faulty product to their stores at Bamba. Money back is done only as an account transfer as per them and not sure whether they actually do it. As i ordered the product online to save my time, i can't go here and there to hand over their own faulty products. Complained to the authorities in disgust. Do not pay for the product without checking and check it in front of the delivery person and return the faulty product to him at the same time. Not recommended.

Poor Customer Service. Today I went to collect my order at 4.45pm and the security guard told me to come again tomorrow because the agent responsible for distributing packages has left early.The operation hours mentioned in the website is until 5.30pm. What a waste of my precious time. I came all the way here to get sent back home. They only care about collecting money and don't care anything afterwards.

Poor refund & Return services they will not refund anything after return even is that product is damaged. i have experienced two times, not responding to online chat after a delivery they will not doing anything to satisfying customers, am here waiting more than 3 months to get my refund for two products.
