Disgusting service .I have sent parcel Australia to Sri Lanka last week (24/09/19).Via australia post.Today is 9th day ,still DHL has not delivered the parcel .We wanted this parcel to be delivered ASP because it was very urgent.Australia post official international courier service is DHL.Tracking history has been disappeared from 26 of Sep.
Words cant express how good the service was , I had to ship my friends gaming pc to Dubai urgently for a gaming tournament and not even 24 hours the pc is at his doorstep . I want to thank for the major effort Mr.Chathuranga took into packing the of and his excellent customer care , I have never done a shipment ever in my life and he talked me through step by step and kept updating me on what I need to get . DHL has amazing staff and also a big thanks to Mr.Nilanga for the support on his end. I thank DHL again it was all worth it .
One of the best international currier company located in city of Wellawatha. For the day time this place little bit crowded in weekdays because of most of the tamil peoples come to this place to send goods and parcels to there relatives living in abroad. Quick service and prices are little bit high comparing to other international currier companies in Sri Lanka. Recommended.
Place and Service seems neat. But they tried to get more money. Lucky that I inquired the cost beforehand via a telephone call. After mentioning the price, they reduced it.
