Very slow service. Peak time only 2 counters operate and long waiting period. Ticket say 10min, waited for 40 mins and no one to inquire delay or fast track. Very poorly maintained office. Some customers without mask & no one bothered to tell him off. Staff dont bother operations.

Called Customercare and checked if the support center is opened. When I got here its closed. Dissapointed!

I called dialog hotline to complain about a faulty router. I was told that tech people will call or visit me within 48 hours. Nothing happened for a week. Then I went to Dialog technical office near ibbanwala junction on two occassions to change it. The doorman didn't even allow me to enter saying no stocks. Then I went to the tech branch at Union Place, closer to Slave island junction. They changed it without any fuss. There is a small router with single antenna. Don't take that. It has poor signal strength. Ask for a double antenna model.
