The promised services were not delivered, like the bed linen of the patient I admitted was not changed even once (over a period of one week). When I brought it to the notice of the staff they argued that no has ever made such a complaint, and they were so aggressive that I felt threatened.

The skin care unit is probably the worse in the country. I got a procedure done , but Instead of getting what I was supposed to get the residential consultant successfully managed to disfigure me and went on to tell that can happen sometime and it is only temporary. The case may be different with other specialists. I only had this experience With one particular doctor
Our baby was born in this hospital Jan 2021. Overall, the service was average. The administration staff need to be more attentive and friendly. Medical care was good.
qualified docotors and staffed are there to Assist you. Specialists docotors are available 24 hours. I go very often there Sometimes crowded with patients.
Looking good but doctors are not coming on time. As many have mentioned, patients need to wait for long time. This will increase parking bill and affect for all other plans. Private hospitals should look in to that matter bit seriously.
