They were not aware about the laboratory tests that they have. There are five or six girls at the entrances, all are chatting if someone ask about a lab test they do not have any idea about it . Each and every time they take a call to head office to verify. Customer care is zero. when After the lab test is handing over.... For a lab test they have given a report delivery after 14 days. After 14 days has been taken, They sayed due to Covid - doctors are unavailable so the report will take another 3 days. I told them about my inconvenience due to the late. Then the reception girl take a call to micro biology Lab and after few second conversation, the phone was given to me and lab girl sayed "Mr. we can't grow the fungal, as quicker that you wont , you have to wait more 3 days until the report is ready " . Then why they has given a "ready on time" on the bill.(bill is attached) Reception girl is saying due to Covid & biology Lab girl saying due to fungal is too slow . They were very unpleasant and vagabonds. Do not try..., because the life of your and your beloved once are invaluable.
