it took 2 days for my transit visa, i made an online appointment and upload all scan copies to the system , but they asked again for photocopies of these docs.Additionally they ask for a travel insurance for the trip .i dnt think actual visa fees are reflected on their offcial web site. all around good service .
Embassy was good. They gave details and helped us well but unfortunately there was a sri lankan security person he was treated us verry bad we just disappointed about him. Turkish security person was verry good.
Terrible service and Evan phone didn’t pickup Once it picked they make hold line more than 30 minutes. Please get good staff to work there. Receptionist was busy and don’t give any information this is bloody terrible embassy ever
They need to improve their service. They don't have lockers and you can't take your bags in. You either leave it at home or ask someone to hold it for you while you go inside for processing. Further, no place to sit and no shade. Either burn in hot sun or get wet. Plus, they don't answer calls immediately and their online system also has bugs. Love Turkey but not the hassle of visa....
Very awful service. I wanted visa to go for a training programme for four days and submitted docs one month before the scheduled departure. At the time of submitting the docs they promised to give visa within 20 working days the most. However later they called me and asked whether I can postpone the training which is scheduled by a international training organisation. So finally I couldn’t go for the training and I never got visa. They didn’t even had courtesy to inform me to collect the passport. After two and half months after I called them and collected the passport. Very awful standard of service and the bottom line is DON’T VISIT TURKEY. They don’t want you to come. They think we visit turkey as if we want to stay for our whole life there without visa. Poor standard of thinking in a globalised world. Don’t worry folks. I wont come there ever....
Though they dont hav places to keep the bags n all.. The Staff is very friendly and I GOT MY VISA IN JUST ONE DAY..Very greatful to the embassy of turkey..
