Washed my clothes here because it’s the only place around. Just a simple wash, dry, and fold. Had no problems and my clothes are all fine so would use again. Prices range from 1200 to 1800 depending on how soon you want it washed.

I was looking for to do laundry near my hotel and considered going further because of its score. After reading the very few reviews I decided to take the chance and I am happy I did! Great smell, great price, nice people and very fast. (I didn't care for ironing but they made sure I knew they don't...) Thank you!
Would avoid. 1200 LKR for 5kg min - therefore obviously gave a range of clothing. All whites and light coloured clothing that we gave were ruined. We asked for a refund given the amount of clothes that were ruined and the staff were very rude to us. Offering that they could maybe refund half the amount and were not apologetic in the slightest. The value of the clothes ruined would have at least been LKR 12000. Finally they took the clothes that were ruined and offered a refund. I would take your clothes somewhere else.
After trying and failing to find a laundry service near my hotel, I hailed a tuktuk down to this hostel. They kindly took my dirty clothes by weight (minimim 1200rp/5kg), washed, dried and folded within about 27 hours (pickup was requested for the following evening 8pm). Was exactly what I needed as my hotel wanted to charge per item of clothing. Fyi separate loads meant twice charged (i.e. 2400rp). To find this place tell tuktuk driver "Marina shopping center" - it is in little road next door.
Pathetic laundry. They don't even iron.
