Trying to get in touch with the financial ombudsman's office for the last couple of days but unfortunately the OFFICIAL CONTACT NUMBER published on the internet is eternally busy. Aren't we living in 2020.

There was a sham hearing in April this year. Now, 7 months on, still no decision. Looks like he will never give a decision against Bank of Ceylon. That's right. A state bank. He seemed very chummy with the BOC staff, both during and after the hearing.
This financial Ombdsman is useless, he takes finance company's side always.

ඔවුන් සෑම විටම අදාළ මුල්\u200dය ආයතනය පැත්ත ගනී. අසරණ වූ පිරිසට සහණ දායි වැඩ පිළිවෙලක් නොසිදුවේ.
