Biggest Scammers in Srilanka. Please be away from them.
They don't use this name anymore, and the address has changed. They have their offices in Polhengoda. The Chairman and Managing Director have not delivered anything as they have promised. I have a pending refund for more than 1 year now. More News will be followed.
If anyone is trying to invest on Flagship Ventures I would suggest to please re-consider and do a thorough investigation. One of my friends invested in a house and they had the worst experience and finally opted for a refund which has not been paid in full for 11 months. I am pursuing them to come forward and share the whole story with you soon. Please be cautious when dealing companies like this, because most of the time they are not what they say!
One star is way too good for them. They deserve zero stars. Suprised they survived this long coz all they know to do is cheat customers.
The Chairman Nishantha Basnayake and Managing Director Mayani Pallegoda of Flagship Ventures (Pvt) Ltd or Transit Homes are the worst frauds in the field of construction.I have a pending refund for 18 months now.these two robbers only know to cheat others to fulfil their luxury necessities.there is a page by all the victims on face book.join the group to find the truth.Flagship customers/victims
The biggest scammers in the country. Agree with all the posters below that this company is run by crooks. I finally gave up and asked for a refund but nothing has happened for over a year. Please keep away from Flagship.
Biggest crooks in the business! Scamming everyone they know! You have to be off your head to ever invest with them! Ripped us off too.. luckily we got out of it just before construction (Not like construction would have even started) Never got a full refund ! STAY AWAY!
