EXTREMELY HIGH QUALITY SERVICE AND RECOMMEND TO ALL! I placed the order from Negombo and even the placing of the order was extremely convenient. They called me twice, very politely to get all the groceries I ordered right and I also could order the groceries I forgot to add to the list. The kind delivery-person contacted me and I only had to give the directions once and he registered it pretty well! Before handing out the Bill he didn't hesitate to disinfect it well. This is the kind of the service we look for in the pandemic crisis and that deserves a long review indeed. The delivery cost from Colombo to Negombo was just 200/. I am hence giving 10 stars to the service! All the groceries were nicely packed.
They go the extra mile for us. Goods got delivered just before sinhala new year. Their efforts are highly admirable and are appreciated. Will be using their service in future for sure Highly recommended for people in abroad who wants goods delivered to their loved ones
This is the first time I used this website to send gifts to Sri Lanka. It was easy to access and find all the items I wanted. Then easy checkout system. No hidden charges. I think they had the cheapest delivery charges too. The gift delivered within 24 hours too which was unexpected. I would highly recommended to anyone wants to send gifts to Sri Lanka.
Customer service is superb. But i prefer more brands. Some of the most common food brands are not there in their list. I often order goods from them. Highly reccomend.
