Do not trust these guys with your project. Worst company to work with. Starting from Aslam the chairman, everyone at this company is living a lie. No integrity or professionalism what so ever. Took 11 months to fix my elevator. Promised to fix it within 3 months which is the industry standard. They dont have a service team. No formal hand over up to this date (Jan 2018). No contact numbers were given for breakdowns, despite asking repeatedly. Parts of the elevator are still missing. The service is doesn't work. Promised to get it fixed, don't have a working key to this date. Elevator is not levelled. No one has come to fix it despite repeated calls. Arshad of the so called service team never picks up the phone. Mushique doesn't pick up the phone. The so called director of operations Faran is a joke. The only person with some dignity is Mr.Fawaz and he's not in charge of the elevators. Two my my other projects were given to a different company and I'm so glad I don't have to deal with these people again. Do not do business with this company please.
