A cosy spot hidden away in the busy city. It's quite central and easily accessible to the main attractions in Colombo. They have a lot of greenery which is a big plus in my books, and a very homely feeling.

Awesome place to stay; in a quiet location but easily accessible from anywhere.
We had a great culinary experience at the COI restaurant inside the Havelock place bungalow. The food was as exciting and tasted as good as the previous coi. Although the taxes do leave a bit of a sour taste, we really enjoyed the food, ambiance and service here. There are a couple of vegetarian options and the menu has a few items with octopus :)
A gem of a place. Old world charm not found in many of the modern hotels.

We stayed here for our last night in Colombo before flying home. We were able to store our bags after checking out, while we went shopping, and then use the pool to cool off.
I ordered chicken salad and sri lankan beef steak. Steak was not soft. It was roasted at the edges. I ordered a welldone steak but I got a over cooked one. Probably not a good place for steaks. they have a very high price tag. place looks architectural and calm for a dinner out. No air condition is provided as all windows are open. There were few smokers in the garden so we had to breath the smoky air for a couple of minutes. Not recommended to go for a dinner out with family
Great stay it was very quiet when we went pool is nice.the food was ok and the staff were very welcoming
