Reason for the bad rating is not the hotel, but the mother company. (Heard the hotel staff and the expirience was 5 star!) Simple advices, -DO NOT expect these people to help you in an emergency. -DO NOT make full payment in a booking (entire amount will be a donation since they don't care about client, though the hotel industry is in a crisis) For ammendments on online booking you must have to deal woth their ebiz department .Had a worst expirience calling on 112 308308 and trying to contact ebiz department. Everybody talks about a person calles Darshi who never appars and fails to reply to mails on [email protected], [email protected] Called the line about several times on a friday between 12pm to 5pm with regard to my mail, ended up with no response to my mail nor a single reply call. Everybody was promising get Darshi to reply but without Darshi nothing happens. I wish if they had clones of this person. Good bye Aitken Spence!
I have been to 3 of Aitken Spence Hotels. Really Enjoyed and Had a wonderful time with my family. Without any hesitation can recommend Aitken Spence Hotels to Locals as well as Foreigners.
Service is good. Interior of the building is nice and neat. Friendly staff.
