Horrible service. Save your money

One and a half years passed the due date of delivery still not complete and handed over officially. Lots of faults and finishing is the worst. Silicon seems to be the answer for everything, leaks from the washroom has soaked the cement floor under the floor boards and the walls are soakings up the water from under and discoloured as you can see in the pictures. Management is avoiding our calls and MD is a ghost.
Second project with Hybrid. Would highly recommend. In all the areas pretty much. They did what they said they would do in a timely manner. Everything was good and we're very happy.

You were responding to all our questions through phone, email and over SMS. You attended to the matters even after the delivery without saying no. Much appreciated your service and hoping to deal with you again in the future.
Hybrid home are one of the un professional builders who will ruin ur life.we had work with them on 2018 with two containers villas (40 ft and 20ft) investing 3mn.. they took more than 2 year to finish it after we chase them. Dnt ever pay advance to them where they are rasclas.. great marketing at the beginning and midway no calls even answere. Dharshan is the most cunning and unprofessional MD who does all fake behind the seen. They do not have proper yard for constructions and only use silicon as universal solution. After paying 3 mn I have invested more still we suffer with leaks , cracks , and corrosion’s where they never attend. Pls keep away and do a charity without investing them.
Hybrid Homes was organized, and executed the plan exactly as explained to me in our initial meeting. They honored the pricing and did a great job. I highly recommend them.
Communication was excellent. The final product, our office, exceeded expectations. We love it!
