Crooks! Placed an Ad, asked for payment, made payment and Ad was NOT published! Reason given by email was 'wrong category' ( Ad was for an Air rifle) The fool from customer service who called me said "we don't sell firearms as it is illegal". Such ignorant imbeciles!! Are they NOT aware that Air rifles / Air guns are NOT classified as'firearms'in SL by government gazette??? Never got a refund, been several months now! Had other issues with them in the past too! They were good for a few years when they started....from then on it was all downhill!! If you want to place vehicle ads - riyasevana.com is soooo much faster, accurate, cheaper & better! I am a Google guide and regularly leave feedback responsibly and this is one of the worst places to deal with!!

Extremely disappointing service. We pay 2800lkr for it, but we dont get our add posted correctly. I think priorities are given to the memberships. WHY DONT YOU'LL advertise asking people to get memberships and then post adds?? Since anyway ul do the advertising manually.. I posted my vehicle for sale. It was a normal advertisement, not urgent & other daily pop out facilities.. When you go search for SUV's, the add doesnt show up.. there was no selection on the body type when I was posting the add or trying to edit it either.. how is that even possible?? Then it goes as edit add more details.. why cant it be just the selection of the body type?? It isnt a additional detail.. You have to fix that.. how will people know unless they randomly scroll the add once the publish is done? Its a fail.. Calling the call centre, it says for paid adds but will not answer, but memberships they do. Weekends seems not working hours, so have to wait till monday to get it sorted because it was posted friday evening.. what's the whole purpose of it? EVEN AFTER EDITING IT, have to wait till Monday since they manually advertise it. never knew ikman has gone down this cheap, it use to be a very basic advertising service.. I think the management has to look in to the matter properly, You people take money for advertising but be clear with your conditions please. If its a membership or paid, it's a service you should deliver. There can be people who cant go in to that much of detail, or explain..
This website has become scam now. Charging percentage of published amount of the property, when its indicate can published 1 property add free. Believe me its only for 2 months and all the calls from useless agents and telemarketers. Full of third party agents.wich they call members U can save more with paper add. If you are paying considerable amount for your add think twice, dont get caught. Ohhh heyyyy, Better if u all can mention in that you website without hiding. Pls note customer service mean attending customer all kind of issue and resolving problem. It dosent mean that customer have to call u all again and go through the same hassle coz i have already inform your call canter. Like u all replaying for all the comments in web spontaneously make sure to have team for to resolve customer issues. I wish i had option to reply under you comment with out editing my comment. Ohhh and pls note selling price may differ to published price when u all have given tick box named as "negotiable ".
