Very bad service. I lost my dog and called to ask whether they do the burial but the person who answered the phone was very rude and hung up. My dog is important to us and this showed that they do not understand human emotions or empathy. I do not recommend them for that reason.

Its a well known and well respected Funeral Parlour. Has a long history. Situated in the heart of Borella and opposite to the Borella Cemetery. Contains several funeral parlours each capable of seating specified numbers of guests. Contains several herses.

JFD seriously needs to have competent & articulate individuals to answer the phones. It is very obvious that they do not have a clue to what proper telephone etiquette is all about. Being trying to obtain some information but failing miserably. The website is eternally under construction and non of the emails seem to be working. What the heck is going on JFD?

Best recommended and highly reputed place for funeral service!!! They have create new parlour at Bauddhaloka mawatha. Between AMW and Sampath bank. Name is "Restpect home by Jayaratne's"

The parlor is very warm, no air conditioning. Management is not friendly towards customers. No proper place (lunch area)to eat for the people who come from far away. Not enough parking, and even for the available parking spots, some vagabonds demand money and if they are not paid, you get insulted. Services is not adequate at all for the price they charge. Both the Raymond parlous are much better in quality and customer service.

Difficult to find parking. No Air conditioner or proper ventilator. Very warm even during night. Not a flower shop as google suggest. It's a funeral parlor.
