Huge collection of jewellery to choose from and I was able to find something for myself despite my low budget (US200). In fact, I managed to find two rings below this price- (i) a silver ring with a large and sparkly amethyst and white sapphires as side stones (ii) a silver ring with commercial grade rubies and white sapphires. I felt comfortable with Yasir, the staff who helped me with my selection. There was no pressure from him to buy and he was honest in answering my queries. For instance, he was upfront in telling me the commercial grade rubies in the ring I selected were from Mozambique and heat treated to enhance the colour. He even gave me a slight discount without me asking. I am happy with my purchases. I am not expecting fine jewellery at my low budget. Though the stones of my rings are semi precious / commercial grade, they are so sparkly, with such beautiful colours. I am sure I will be back the next time I am looking for jewellery in Colombo.

Jewel Qudsi custom made a sapphire ring and earrings for me. They provided excellent customer service and the jewels and final design are exquisite. The diamonds surrounding the sapphires are the highest quality and really complement the precious stones. As you can see the ring inspired by the lotus blossom looks beautiful when I wore it to the lotus garden back home.
Fazal and his team are absolute miracle workers!! They managed to create a diamond engagement ring in a matter of 24hrs. Absolutely fabulous service and a top quality product. Will definitely recommend and will definitely be back.
I have been going to Fazal and all @ Qudsi for years now - they are absolutely fantastic! I would not go anywhere else. Whenever I make a stop in Sri Lanka, I know I must make a visit to Jewel Qudsi. I have gotten many custom-designed pieces with such fantastic quality gems (emeralds, sapphires, diamonds, blue topaz, etc.) as well as pieces they have already made (that are displayed in the showroom). Whatever strikes your fancy, you will find it there! It is a treasure trove of gems and creativity ... with something to find for every price point. Fazal is simply the best! He will not pressure you but will provide guidance or advice if you need it - his goal is to make (or find) a piece that really "speaks" based on your likes and dislikes ... and he will ensure that you are fully happy with what you receive. I would not have a jewelry collection of this quality (and that I absolutely love) if not for him! Thank you Fazal and all @ Jewel Qudsi - see you all the next time I return to Sri Lanka!
