Terrible service. 15 mins passport photo takes more than 30 mins. Be aware!! They don't save your data properly. I couldn't track a year old photograph from them because they have deleted or they can't find their own documents. Any studio would keep their photographs for at least 5 years. Manager doesn't know what she is doing....

A name popular for almost a century. This branch is at Havelock Town and is along the main road. Parking area is a bit limited but had not been a problem for the many times that I had visited this place. Interior is clean and chic but could use with a bit more efficient air conditioning. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The studio areas are spacious and well air conditioned. The second floor studio is a bit of a clutter but well kept nevertheless. The 2 Jonathans themselves took our family photos and they were fantastic. They were very professional and at the same time down to earth and friendly. If you want to get a good photo of your fussy, naughty child, then this is the place to go. They will make anyone smile with their techniques and chatter and leave customers confident that they will get a great photograph at the end of the day. Prices are a bit higher than other places but quality and their trusted family name must be adding onto that figure. Good studio, great photographs and wonderful people.
Great studio
Household name in photography industry in the country for decades. Still the same traditional qualities are maintained with the necessary technological improvements. Friendly staff, enough space and time to discuss an event is available.
It's really convenient that they are open till 7pm on weekdays. I don't have to take time off work to get the odd visa or passport pic. Worked out great when I had to get my son's pic too, for school a couple of days ago!
