The place is well maintained, but not perfect. I would only go there for Very casual meals. Food was good but the service could have been better. Felt like the staff had to be trained more. I would rate 8/10 for food (considering its fast food) and 6/10 for service.

Pretty much the same as the other KFC's in srilanka, but this has a good ambience and a peaceful setting, mainly due to the fact that the crowd tends to go to McDonald's right next to it. I've never liked the KFC menu and they'll need to reduce prices alittle to compete with McD. I'd suggest some inclusions such as cheesy wedges which is a big hit in KFC Malaysia and all my Lankan friends hit the place even just for that. I like the atmosphere I mean the architecture and I know the architecture spoils the seating space a bit but nice ambience. My last visit I had a chicken submarine,fries and coke those days KFC subs were good and standered but now it has become worse I felt like I'm eating something that was frozen for fortnight and just microwaved and served,as artificial as that.anyhow the bread was soft! My positives are the place and the staff service

I bought the 450 rupee rice pack today and to my horror the rice was in the plain cardboard box. Terrible way to sell rice. Never again will I buy KFC rice. The so called spicy chicken was not even spicy. You better have a more decent way of packing your rice KFC.
