Service is ok but takes considerable time. It took more than 6 hours for my car. They initially check the car and except for service. You have to have the warranty book. This can take up to 35 minutes. Then you can wait till it's finished or return back. There is lobby if you waiting there. They call you when it's near finished. It will take another hour or so them complete the service. Pay the amount in bill and they will give a gate pass. Give the gate pass to security and take the vehicle. Sometimes they will check the car with you sometime they don't.

Very friendly staff. All services are done at this place. Making an appointment before you come will ease your work done. For a service, it normally takes about 3-4 hours. You can sit at air conditioned waiting room until the job done. Free coffee, tea, snacks are available at the lounge.
Good service overall. Waiting area an improve. AC is not good enough and no entertainment options and no one beverages.

Nicely maintained place. This place is solely for KIA services and accident repairs. They also have a customer lounge. Service quality is good, but the service advisers are a bit loaded with work, so sometimes you need to try several times to contact them
