Extremely poor customer service from the Kuwait Airways office in Colombo They constantly do not pick up the phone (Ticketing picks up however Reservations never does). I have called a total of 23 times in 2 days. The one week I called 9 times until I could actually speak with someone who mentioned that they would contact me back (as they did not respond to 2 e-mails). During these calls I was advised to call other numbers, these numbers were never picked up or transferred to someone who never did on many instances when calling and “placed on hold” the phone would be hanged up. The next week I called the one day 14 times (as no one contact me back in 3 days as mentioned earlier) and could not get to speak to anyone, placed “on hold” and phone was hanged up multiple times. Again phone was transferred to no one. On call 11 I asked what was going on with them and how they could constantly be so rude by always hanging up the phone or not picking up, they hanged up the phone and no one was answering any calls anymore. Luckily I did book the flight through an agency who said they would look into assisting me and swiftly responded with a solution. (I had to make a name correction on the ticket). It seems that the Kuwait Airways office in Colombo where clueless on this type of issue and had no experience in dealing with it (which I believe is not an uncommon issue). Due to this extreme lack of decency of hanging up the phone on their customers and providing zero assistance I have gone ahead and cancelled my flights. Needless to say that I rebooked the flights with another airline. It seems that some of the positive reviews are fake ones that they made by themselves (instead of addressing the issues why everyone leaves them one star) by the way according to Google's Review Policies: If you own or work at a place, please don’t review your own business or employer.

Nobody is picking up the phone or replying to my emails! I was supposed to receive my refund a month ago and they completely ignore you!! TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!
We came to the office before opening time and got a coffee while we waited. Service was excellent. The flight change was immediately confirmed.
