They provide very unreliable service. I gave my Multifunction electrical tester for calibration. After the calibration, I paid the full invoice amount and then I had to call almost every staff member to get the calibration certificate. The manager who undertook the job was out of reach, delayed the delivery by one week and was very unprofessional after payment was made. They have a long way to go interms of streamlining their process!
