I bought 6 cameras and dvr nearly 1 year back. There after sales service is hopeless, I called the shop and they say they will send somebody to fix the system but one month have passed nobody was sent. The owner cuts the line as soon as I say to repair or service. They sold items with 2 year garentee but not willing to satisfy it. I think the items they sell do not have warranty so they can't provide it.

I purchased some dahua cameras from this store almost one year back. Now I have a camera not working and they are not satisfying the warrenty.. Don't buy from this place, they don't give warrenty.
These people give good discounts when purchasing the items, but when I called for warrenty and the 2 year service warrenty they are not willing to satisfy it. Keep away frm this place. I planning to take further measures if they don't satisfy the warrenty.

I gave these people 5 stars in 2018 because of their friendly customer service and as well as they gave me discount also. I recommend my friends to buy any CCTV items or accessories from here. But when I go there for issues during the warranty period they are not doing anything in that period. Still I have 2 months of warranty time. They ask me some time to sought the issue but they never gave me a single call. After one week I went their and they are not repairing it or not giving new ones. They say that they are not dealing with innovision anymore. This is my first bad review in Google maps. I never recommending this place anymore. Very cheap after sales service.
