Wonder whats the difference bitween sanitise using the water provided with soap and using Hand Sanitizer that we personally use . Your security staff are very uninformed as they forced me to wash my hand from your water and soad rather than use my own hand sanitizer. Level of customer care is utterly dissapointed by your security staff. Please give them director positions as they do behave such manner.
