Really love the vibe it gives. Ideal for Friday night outings after a week of hard work. Service also nice and quick service. DJ Neco did his job at the best. Had a great and fun time here. Kudos to everyone. Because of the covid, you better contact them and make a reservation before going there. CheersXD

Had the worst experience at this pub. I’m pretty sure this is the only place in Colombo where a staff member has the guts to casually steal a customer’s credit card and spend a hefty amount with it. They take advantage of us when all we want to do is chill and have some fun. If you’re visiting this place .. be sure to think twice
Had a great night at level 4. The service was exceptional, especially that of our waiter Pradeep. He ensured that we had everything we needed without even having to ask for it and was constantly around offering his assistance. The vibe was great and the DJ that night put on some cracker music.(NECO) Overall it was a great experience. Would highly recommend Level 4 to anyone who’s looking to have an exciting night!
My friend lost her debit card there and upon investigation it was found that one of the workers had taken it. Such audacity when we just came to have fun. Just because we are not from Lanka, they tried to take advantage of it.
One of the best places to have a dinner with your loved ones or have a chilling experience with your friends. Delicious food and beverages with awesome hospitality. Highly recommended.
If you are visiting this pub, then don't take huge amount of money or cards. All they do is observe where you keep your card and after you are gone for few minutes they just use your cards as if it's their property.. Had a bad experience
My friend credit card got stolen and 40k was transferred to the Pub's account by the staff member. Had to go through the police and court hustle just to get the money back. The staff took advantage of young foreigner girls and stole from them. Awful place. Never going back again. May you rot in hell forever.
Pretty good environment and good customer service but little bit expensive foods and portions are small.
