One of the worst experience I had. I would not recommend this place. I met the doctor at the hospital and was instructed to come to the centre. At the centre they do not have any track record of the earlier consultation of me done at hospital. I waited for over 5 hours and still could not meet the doctor. Much worse is there is no proper time schedule. Counsellors are extremely rude do not know to talk kindly. People come from far off and with time limitations. They really do need to have a proper time schedule for each patient than people just waiting for 4 or 5 hours until their appointment is called in. Over the phone too very rude and very disorganised.
This place provides a variety of treatments to improve mental strength. It offers psychological treatment for patients in need. It also has counselling. Several councellors are there. Appointments are required to be treated. Go earlier than the said time to avoid waiting seated for a long time in the waiting area. I personally recommend the Psychiatrist named Dr. Kumaranyake due to his professional treatment.
Worst place to go to to take care of your Mental Health! They are just after your money and the counsellors don't help at all, they will just rip your money off. I went here some time back and after a few months I was worse than I was when I went there. No improvement whatsoever.
