Great place to hold an event such as a speech based or conference type. Very friendly staff and easy to reserve the place. Though, the place is somewhat old with many broken chairs and the chairs itself aren't that comfortable. It's worth the price you pay for it, nothing more to add unfortunately.

One of the best places to do indoor assemblies
This institute is focusing on the interests of Sri Lanka's international relations and also strategic interests. This institute is providing recommendations and insights for the good will of the country. Late Dr. Kadirgamar believed all people can live together as they did it in the past in this country. Space available here. Inside auditorium was well organized and comfortable. This place hosted some famous speakers such as former UN secretary Ban-ki Moon. Security people in here are supportive and always wear a pleasant smile. Space available for parking.
There were some broken chairs at the back, except that every other thing was fine parking is free
