Absolutely absurd customer service!. From the time I arrived they kept asking me to order which made me not want to place an order because I felt so pressured to place an order every 15 minutes. My friend had ordered a got chocolate, after around an hour a waiter came to our table and said that we were using their “WiFi and other facilities” and ordered only an hot chocolate so we either had to place an order or leave. I have never had such an experience in any cafe in Colombo ever.

Tried this place today for the first time. I was happy to find a lovely ambiance and great food! Also the customer service here is simply amazing! The staff were really friendly and nice and also very helpful and understanding! Made my dining experience a whole lot better. Great place for dates or to hang out with friends and family.

Extremly horrible customer service! I ordered a hot chocolate and spent a couple of hours at the cafe. The waiters kept asking me to place more orders every 5 mins. The girl who was waiting on me named Ishi came up to me and said " Miss, You have been here for a few hours now and have only placed one order and you're using our wifi and other facilities.So, either you order something else too or you leave" and I mentioned that I have been to many other cafes around colombo but have never been forced to place order before she mentioned that I was lying and that its the policy everywhere. She was extremly rude. Honestly, I have never faced such verbal harrassment before. Will never return or recommend to anyone I know. It's a shame though, cause it's a nice, quiet place to work.
