Poor customer service. I visited them about 4 months ago. At the foreign department they charged 100 rupees as a registration fee and didn't even issue a receipt. Both local & foreign department never contacted me. I see job vacancy advertisements which are suitable to my profile but no update till now.
The service here is very poor. Fifteen people, including myself, were offered jobs at a company and MPI (Mankind) told to stay home after a week because the company needed time to ready systems.. They were told they would be reinstated the following month, but they did not tell us that the work was over until the letter of termination came home. When we asked about it, we were scolded and it was very difficult to get a few days' salary. I do not recommend the service to anyone and I would say that this is the weakest manpower company in Sri Lanka
I got a great experience from Mritime when i got my new job. I was extremely impressed with Maritime and how responsive they were.
