We got an ambulance to take my mother to the hospital yesterday. It arrived on time and the two staff were very helpful and kind to the patient. At the hospital we had to wait for a longer time than usual and the staff remained with us until my mother was warded. The service was good from the moment we made the booking to the time the staff left us. It was also value for money. With regards to the vehicle, it was a rather bumpy ride. The vehicle didn't seem to be suitable for an ambulance. It was more like travelling in a lorry. It would be a good idea to upgrade the vehicles. It also would be beneficial if the sound from the siren is muffled on the inside.

I used this Ambulance for a critical patient on 12 th August 2020 & the services was fantastic ..on time arrival , super care to the patient, polite staff , until admitting to the Hospital . Charges are very reasonable..this is star services. I will any time recommend to any one. Thanks Mediquick..keep up good services...
Excellent ambulance service. Transferred my father in law from Colombo to Kandy during curfew hours without any hesitation at very reasonable charge. Everything was arranged over the phone from Kandy. Very reliable service and kind staff. Highly recommended.

Used the service today evening to take a patient from home at Homagama to Nawaloka hospital. Perfect service, on time, polite crew. Very helpful, friendly and humane. They were smooth and careful in handling the patient. Much appreciate the driver and the assistant for their kindness and support. Thank you

Very mixed service. First, they were late and I had to wait in the office (should they not refund some part of the fee for being late?). Second they use the sirens and red light unnecessarily (ambulance was empty going to the nursing home and they should have followed traffic rules). We were following in another vehicle and had to tell them to stop and wait. At the nursing home they were very professional in bringing the patient down (a chronic invalid); once I told them to go slowly so that it would be good for the patient and no red lights or sirens, they followed instructions – good. There was extra payment as I had requested an extra attendant – that was appropriate. However the driver and the two others said they will not receive extra payment and I gave them "tea money" - poor employment practice. Conclusion – you must see that they "deliver" when you hire them and make sure that they follow your instructions. Also better employment practices.
They are so caring and helpful... very reasonable charges... I lost count of how many times I have used their services. Best ambulence service ever...
